International Multidisciplinary Journal METAINNOVATE (IMJM) requests all authors to carefully follow the journal's submission guidelines to avoid any delays or rejections of manuscripts. Authors are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review these instructions before submitting their work. Manuscripts will be subject to peer review by our experienced editorial team.
Types of Manuscripts
The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:
Research Articles
These manuscripts should present original research findings and include a detailed description of the research methodology along with an in-depth analysis of the results. Research articles should not exceed 20 pages in length. If a manuscript exceeds 20 pages, the final decision for publication will be made by the editor based on the content of the research. Research articles should follow this structure:
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods
- Results (including Tables and/or Figures)
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgments
- References (APA or Vancouver referencing style)
- Appendices [if applicable]
- Abbreviations [if applicable]
Reviews and Mini-Reviews
Review articles must provide a comprehensive review of the current literature and should not exceed 25 pages. If the manuscript exceeds 25 pages, the editor will decide whether to proceed with publication based on the scope of the review. These articles should not be divided into sections like Materials and Methods or Results and Discussion, but must include an abstract and an introduction.
Short Communications
These brief manuscripts focus on significant, original findings that are timely and have the potential for a major impact. They are expected to be concise and highly relevant to the field.
Case Reports
Manuscripts detailing new, rare, or interesting cases should provide significant learning points and challenges faced in diagnosis or treatment.
Letter to the editor
These should be concise and opinionated responses, primarily addressing previously published works in the journal. Preliminary observations requiring further validation should not be submitted as letters.
Fast Track Review Process
Authors requesting expedited review for their manuscript should submit research findings of exceptional importance and originality. Complex studies, though significant, are unlikely to qualify for the fast-track process due to reviewer time constraints. Manuscripts submitted via the fast-track process will be accepted in nearly their original format unless significant revisions are required.
Fast-Track Submission Procedure
1. Provide a clear rationale in your cover letter for requesting fast-track review.
2. Indicate whether there is any overlap with previously published or submitted work.
